Breaking news

My google reader says I have zero unread posts! And I didn't click "Mark All as Read" I actually read all of them even though I didn't comment on the majority. (Clarification, this is a good thing. I had over 600 a couple weeks ago so I have read all the new ones and all the old ones).

Also, in Baltimore this week there were two record highs. Both over 100 degrees and crazy humidity.

Finally, there was a 5.9 earthquake at home in LA. The hubs is now on his way back home (he was on the other side of the mountains visiting friends) so we will find out how the pups and the house fared. Here's hoping!

Yes, this is a random post with pretty much nothing about the dogs.

  1. We sure know about Google eating the comments. We have had problems for days now. The earthquake sounds upsetting. Please let us know how everything is! Lots of love, Debbie and Holly

  5. We hope your home and all your pups are ok after the earthquake. Over 100 degrees plus humidity doesn't sound fun!

  16. When we were listening to the radio, the announcer actually said it was a 9.5 level (instead of 5.9) earthquake; we were really scared for everyone. It's good to see it wasn't that big.

  17. My Google Reader can really stress me out sometimes (sad, I know), so it must be a great feeling to have it all cleaned out. It only takes a few days "off" to accumulate hundreds of posts.

We're suffering from the heat and humidity again too after an unseasonably beautiful week last week. I hope everyone is doing okay after the earthquake.

  22. I kinda likes your breaking news. It's sort of like those little news blips that crawl across the bottom of the tv screen. Now I feels all caught up!
