Bubble bath thief

After a long day at work and the gym (I am allowed to sit on the bike and peddle with no resistance) all I wanted tonight was a bubble bath. Mesa anointed herself the official bubble bath taster. Our bathroom door doesn't shut tight and Mesa uses her battering ram head to open it. She then walks up to the bathtub, looks all innocent before sticking her head into the tub and grabbing a mouthful of water and bubbles. Even when I tell her "No" she gives me this innocent look and then when I go to read my book she does it again. Before I know it I am almost out of bubbles so I decided to get out of the tub and what does Mesa do? She attacks my legs to lick the bubbles off! I tell her no, go away and turn to walk into my room to get changed and she sneaks up behind me and steals a lick!

I am officially living with a bubble bath thief.

    Maybe you could get one of those little machines that blows bubbles for kids - it'd be a great way to keep her entertained! :-)

    How funny that she likes bubbles. Maybe she's trying to bite them because they look like a ball she can play with.:)

    eww... what does bubble bath taste like? ughhh! can't exactly be yummy.. but then again, pooches will taste almost anything won't they. when i give my spike his bath he always tries to lick the foam off himself.

    As I recall, Mesa placed in the Cracker Dog Terrier Competition. I think that explains everything. Bettering ram head, hehehe.

    Mama is still giggling...Our kitty Addie used to lick bubbles, but Bilbo and I haven't developed a taste

    MMmmmmm... what flavor are those bubbles, anyway? Must be pretty good, cause there's not much to them! We try to steal Dad's bathwater, and with the six of us working on it, we STILL don't get much of it out of that tub! We DO lick off his legs once he gets out though... The Country Corgi Crew
