Big Carls favorite chew toy

Mesa is possibly the most tolerant dog I know, though she does pin him at the end. Baily has stopped interfering with their wrestle sessions. And yes, it is very quiet. We don't like growls or barks so our dogs have all learned to wrestle silently :)

  1. Big Carl and Mesa are having so much fun. I can;t believe how quiet you guys are when you're playing. Sierra and I are very vocal. Mommy and Daddy have tried to get us to be quiet but nothing has worked yet. Did Baily want to get in on the rough housing too?:)

  4. Yummy! Big dog cheeks are so delicious to chew on.

I'm always impressed when a big dog just plain tolerates the little guys. My big guys tolerate our JR, and I haven't figured out why in all these years... :)

  6. That was so entertaining and heartwarming! I love how tolerant Mesa is. And it's not just that they aren't barking or growling--they're hardly making ANY noise at all!

  7. Miss M. once had a boyfriend who loved to chew ears, and since then that was her favorite thing to do. It's nice to see Big Carl hold his own.

  8. Yeah it does surprise us how you can play bitey face quietly. Me and Banjo have to snarl and growl the whole time. Baily probably would react differently to our kinda "play" cause it sounds like we are fighting.

  10. Poor Rusty is our chew toy in the house, but I kept looking for the sound. Rusty squeaks all the time. Yep, he is the Herd's squeaky toy.

  17. There is no such thing as quiet wrestling here. So good to see Mesa being so gently with Big Carl - looks like they are both enjoying their match.

  18. Watching a tiny dog chomp on a big dog's jowls never gets old. Mesa is such a sweetie. When Levi meets small dogs, they always put their front paws up on his shoulders and lick his mouth. I don't know why, but it's highly entertaining.
